Jessica Muniz is a Fitness and Swimsuit Model for Hire, looking to work with Health Magazines and Clothing Designers.

Jessica trains 5 times per week - 2 times per week Jessica works legs for an average of 2 hours while replenishing her muscles with a mid-workout protein/carb shake.

The remaining 3 workouts each week consist of upper body weight training through intense movements designed to develop explosive power.

In Jessica's weekly routine she finishes off her workout with a cardio session that entails a rolling heart rate desined to burn body fat and develop endurance.

Once a week Jessica dedicates a cardio day to boxing training to work on hand to eye coordination. Jessica works the hand mitts with her boxing instructor and does 3 rounds of light sparring.

Jessica's daily nutritional program consists of an early A.M. protein shake made with no carbs - this protein complex  feeds her body over a slow gradual pace to build up her morning metabolism - a handfull of fiber one cereal and an Omega 3 supplement (2000 mgs).

 Meal #2 consists of either eggs, lean turkey or ham slices along with either otmeal or a multi-grain and smal fruit.

Meal #3 is usually a fish course with a small amount of veggies - a glucosamine supplement is taken at that time. 

Meal #4 is the pre-workout meal consisting of higher carbs with a full 35 grs protein allotment - example: chicken breast, whole potato, green veggies  // lots of pre-workout water!!!

Meal #5 post-workout.  If she trains over 90 minutes she will have 1/3 of my post-protein shake mid-workout to prevent her muscles eating themselves during the routine.  As soon as she is finished lifting and doing cardio she has her shake (myo fusion + fat free milk) and when getting home has more Omega-3 and a multi- vitamin supplement.

Meal#6 Jessica is a night owl so wakes up late, works out late and eats late.  Carbs are needed to repair your muscles after weight training so she has some more fruit, some fat free cottage cheese to feed the body during sleep and half a handfull of raw almonds or a scoop of natural peanut butter.  One more glucosamine supplement to soothe joints and she makes sure to really hydrate before bed.

It is important to drink 1 gallon og H2O per day....

Jessica was born in Sun Valley CA.

She loves outdoor acitivies such as roller blading, hiking, basketball, football, watersports and horseback riding.

Jessica has a great desire to strive in the modeling world and is known as very easy to work with while being drama free.  No Diva here - Jessica is open to different types of modeling as long as there is no nudity.  Jessica is willing to travel to any needed location.
